I put together this Mick McCarthy v Eddie Howe infographic ahead of Friday’s huge game. As much as I’m not a fan of Eddie Howe (I guess it’s a personality thing I don’t like), his current win ratio is quite something. To have been in charge for 135 matches (and this doesn’t include his first spell in charge of Bournemouth) and to have over 50% win ratio still is quite something.
The match on Friday is going to be a huge test for Town, however, their record at home is very good against them. I would imagine a draw is the least we should expect to take away from the game and I wouldn’t say a win isn’t unrealistic at all. A win Friday is just going to add to this extremely close final few weeks in the league.
