Lincoln City vs Ipswich Town - Tues, January 17th 2017
This is a replay that was not wanted, but for the fans who like to ground hop around the country it does provide another one in Sincil Bank, home of Lincoln City. I still stand by the fact that The Imps deserved a win, not a draw. It was a really poor performance from Town, Mick McCarthy made no substitutions which was just baffling and in his post match interview came out with (yet again) some absolute nonsense. Tonight is the 4th round draw where Ipswich/Lincoln share the number 1 ball. Whatever the outcome of that draw is, you know that it is going to make Lincoln even more up for the replay as the match is all but certain to be another big team and a pay day that their club will definitely want make sure they grab.
